WELCOME VOLUNTEERS!

Let’s quickly get you started with the below steps. 

STEP 1: REQUEST ACCESS TO DONATION REQUESTS BOARD

Click here to request access to our Volunteers Trello Board to view all Open Requests and assign yourself to fulfill a request.

STEP 2: SELECT AN OPEN REQUEST CARD

After selecting the open request you would like to fulfill, move the card to IN-PROGRESS and click “Assign Me” so no one else accidently takes it. Try to select the cards on the top of the list (the oldest requests).

STEP 3: SCHEDULE CONTACTLESS PICKUP

After completing your request, move the card to AWAITING PICKUP and contact the recipient via the email provided to arrange contactless pickup from you.

STEP 4: CLOSE REQUEST

After pickup, move the card to CLOSED and add any optional comments then proceed back to STEP 1. Tag us on social media using #operationMake @operationMake so we can help re-post!
